摘　　要：针对石化企业风险管理的特点,介绍了基于系统思维的“三三”立体风险管控体系的内涵、创建过程和实际运行效果,通过“三三”立体风险管控体系的实施,促进了企业安全文化氛围形成,压实了风险管控责任,也为石化企业有效开展风险管控提供实践参考。In view of the characteristics of the risk management of petrochemical enterprises,the connotation,creation process and actual operation effect of the“three-three”three-dimensional risk management and control system based on systematic thinking were introduced.Through the implementation of the“three-three”three-dimensional risk management and control system,the formation of enterprise safety culture atmosphere was promoted,the responsibility of risk management and control was compacted,and the practical reference was provided for the effective risk management and control of petrochemical enterprises.
