摘 要:铝合金密度小、比强度高,广泛应用于航空航天和汽车领域的轻量化成形制造。一体化压铸技术生产大型复杂薄壁铸件,能有效帮助飞机、汽车减重增程,是重要的一体化成形技术。全面综述铝合金大型一体化压铸技术的发展,分析免热处理铝合金的成分设计与已开发的铝合金特点,介绍了国内外大型一体化压铸机和压铸模具的研制情况,归纳总结了一体化压铸件充型、凝固、缺陷、微观组织、热应力和疲劳寿命预测的数值模拟研究现状,对一体化压铸技术的发展提出展望。Aluminum alloys,known for their low density and high specific strength,are widely used in aerospace and automotive lightweight applications.Integrated die casting enables the production of large,complex,thin-walled castings,effectively aiding in weight reduction and range extension for aircraft and automobiles.This paper provides a comprehensive review of the development of large integrated die casting for aluminum alloys.It analyzes the compositional design of non-heat-treatment aluminum alloys and highlights the characteristics of the developed alloys.Additionally,it introduces the progress of domestic and international development of large integrated die casting machines and molds.The current state of numerical simulation research is summarized regarding mold filling,solidification,defects prediction,microstructure,thermal stress,and fatigue life prediction of integrated die casting parts.The paper concludes with a discussion of future developments in integrated die casting technology.
