摘　　要：目的:构建失能老年人家庭照顾者照护知识和技能需求量表。方法:通过半结构式访谈法、文献回顾法构建失能老年人家庭照顾者照护知识和技能需求量表条目池,采用德尔菲法对专家进行2轮函询,依据专家函询结果确定量表条目。结果:2轮专家函询问卷回收率均为100%,专家函询的权威系数分别为0.920和0.897。第2轮专家函询条目重要性均分为4.60~5.00分,满分比为60.00%~100.00%,总体变异系数为0.000~0.110,肯德尔协调系数为0.154(P<0.001)。最终形成的失能老年人家庭照顾者照护知识和技能需求量表包括5个一级条目、45个二级条目。结论:构建的失能老年人家庭照顾者照护知识和技能需求量表具有科学性和可靠性,可为医疗机构、养老机构等开展失能老年人家庭照顾者照护知识和技能需求调查提供评估工具。Objective:To construct care knowledge and skills demand scale for family caregivers of disabled elderly.Methods:The semi⁃structured interview method and literature review method were used to construct pool of items for the care knowledge and skills demand scale for family caregivers of disabled elderly.The Delphi method was used to conduct 2 rounds of expert inquiry,and the questionnaire items were determined based on the results of the expert inquiry.Results:The response rates of the 2 rounds of expert inquiry questionnaires were both 100%,and the authority coefficients were 0.920 and 0.897,respectively.The average importance score of the items in the second round of expert inquiry were ranged from 4.60 to 5.00,the full score ratio were ranged from 60.00%to 100.00%,the overall coefficient of variation were ranged from 0.000 to 0.110,and the Kendall coefficient of concordance was 0.154(P<0.001).The final constructed care knowledge and skills demand scale for family caregivers of disabled elderly included 5 primary items and 45 secondary items.Conclusions:The care knowledge and skills demand scale for family caregivers of disabled elderly constructed in this study is scientific and reliable.It can provide evaluation tools for medical institutions,elderly care institutions to conduct surveys on the care knowledge and skills demand for family caregivers of disabled elderly.
