摘　　要：随着全球化和市场竞争的不断升级,石化行业面临着越来越复杂的挑战。为了应对这些挑战,石化企业必须解决好供货质量、库存控制和业务流程优化等关键问题。文章立足于供应链管理理念,针对石化企业物资采购环节进行了深入剖析,并提出了一系列应对策略,以提升企业物资采购的质量与效率,降低企业的运营成本,以及提高企业的竞争力。With globalization and escalating market competition,the petrochemical industry faces increasingly complex challenges.In order to cope with these challenges,refineries must address key issues such as supply quality,inventory control and business process opti mization.Based on the concept of supply chain management,this paper provides an in-depth analysis of the material procurement process in refineries and proposes strategies.These strategies can not only improve the quality and efficiency of material procurement,but also effec tively reduce the operating costs,and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
