摘　　要：乡村振兴战略是推动我国农业农村经济发展的关键举措,乡村振兴人才战略更是激发乡村经济的活力、提升居民生活水平、促进社会进步的关键力量。但乡村振兴的过程中,面临年轻劳动力持续性减少、外流,以及职业培训力度网络化、培训机制职业化的多重挑战,给农村经济建设带来不同程度的影响。基于此,应搭建乡村人才培强工程,结合农业产业布局,定向引进,培育乡村产业带头人,分层分类分模块精准培育,制定人才激励政策,提升乡村吸引吸纳人才能力,形成与乡村振兴相匹配的农村人才队伍。The rural revitalization strategy is a key measure to promote the development of agriculture and rural economy in China.The talent strategy for rural revitalization is also a key force to stimulate the vitality of the rural economy,improve the living standards of resi dents,and promote social progress.However,in the process of rural revitalization and development,there are multiple challenges such as the sustained decrease and outflow of young labor force,as well as the networked training mechanism and vocational demand for vocational training,which have brought varying degrees of impact on rural economic construction.Based on this,it is necessary to establish a local tal ent training project,combine it with the layout of the agricultural industry,targeted introduction,cultivate rural industry leaders,accurately cultivate them by layer,precise cultivation by classification and modules,formulate talent incentive policies,enhance the ability of rural are as to attract and absorb talents,and form a rural talent team that is suitable for rural revitalization.
