摘　　要：The 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)held its third plenary session,in Beijing,on July 15-18.The international community widely believes the third plenary session clearly demonstrated China's firm determination to continue advancing reform and opening up.The global community also believes the session opened a new chapter of Chinese modernization,which will result in new opportunities for global development.
