摘　　要：阐述智能电网规划是实现可持续发展和能源转型的关键。分析基于大数据的智能电网规划策略,包括优化数据收集与分析、实现负荷预测与调度、完善智能配电网规划、进行风险评估与管理。This paper expounds that smart grid planning is the key to achieving sustainable development and energy transformation.It analyzes smart grid planning strategies based on big data,including optimizing data collection and analysis,implementing load forecasting and scheduling,improving smart distribution network planning,and conducting risk assessment and management.
