摘 要:为提高事故工况下安全壳隔离阀的密封性能,以某DN250蝶阀为研究对象,提出一种泄漏率预测方法.联合微细尺度下的密封副接触界面间隙流动的数值仿真和宏观尺度下的密封副力学变形特性仿真,建立了泄漏率与各种因素之间的定量关系.通过与实验测量结果比较验证了模型的有效性.将该模型应用于密封性能影响因素分析,结果表明:减小密封面粗糙度、增大密封副过盈量,严格防止阀板负角度位移发生等,可以有效控制蝶阀的泄漏率,而材料硬度对泄漏率的影响并不显著.在分析的基础上,提出以泄漏率为直接指标确定阀门密封副最小过盈量的方法,可有效指导阀门密封副的设计与维护.In order to improve the sealing performance of containment isolation valves under accident conditions,a leakage rate prediction method was proposed for a DN250 butterfly valve.Combining numerical simulation of the contact interface gap flow of the sealing pair at the micro scale and simulation of the mechanical deformation characteristics of the sealing pair at the macro scale,a quantitative relationship between the leakage rate and various factors was established.By comparing the results with experimental measurements,the effectiveness of the model was verified.The model was applied to the analysis of factors affecting sealing performance,and the results show that reducing the roughness of the sealing surface,increasing the interference amount of the sealing pair,and strictly preventing the negative angle displacement of the valve plate can effectively control the leakage rate of the butterfly valve.However,the influence of material hardness on the leakage rate is not significant.Based on the analysis,a method was proposed to determine the minimum interference amount of the valve sealing pair using the leakage rate as a direct indicator,which can effectively guide the design and maintenance of valve sealing pairs.
