摘　　要：对2023年4月8日天津市儿童医院收治的1例以右小指骨髓炎为首发表现儿童播散性结核病患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析。患儿女,14岁,以右小指骨髓炎为首发表现,病灶切开引流术后仍反复发热,转诊我院,多部位标本结核分枝杆菌分子生物学检测阳性,考虑为播散性结核病,给予抗结核治疗,该患儿恢复良好。儿童播散性结核病临床表现多样,缺乏特异性,常被误诊,病死率高,临床医师应加强对该病的认识,及早诊断,及早治疗。The clinical data of a child with disseminated tuberculosis with osteomyelitis of the right little finger as the first manifestation who was admitted to Tianjin Children′s Hospital on April 8,2023 were retrospectively analyzed.The child,a 14-year-old female,presented with osteomyelitis of the right little finger as the first manifestation.She still had recurrent fever after focal incision and drainage.She was referred to our hospital.The samples from multiple sites were positive for molecular biology detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis.She was considered as disseminated tuberculosis and was given anti-tuberculosis treatment.The child has recovered well.Pediatric disseminated tuberculosis has variable clinical manifestations and lacks specificity.It is often misdiagnosed and has a high mortality rate.Clinicians should improve their understanding of the disease and ensure early diagnosis and treatment.
