摘 要:为解决层次分析法与解释结构模型难以有效融合、指标体系权重不明确的问题,引入社会网络分析方法及主客观权重综合策略进行改进,提出了指标体系权重确定的层次网络解释模型。分析了模型理论基础及构建思路,结合导弹作战效能指标体系案例,演示验证了模型的可行性及有效性。结果表明:层次网络解释模型在尊重专家决策和知识经验的基础上,可定性分析指标的相互关系,定量确定指标权重并修正层次分析法得到的指标权重结果,也可用来判断专家决策判断是否前后一致。In order to solve the problem that the analytic hierarchy process and the interpretative structural model can't combine effectively to determine the weight of the index system,the social network analysis method and the subjective and objective weight synthesis strategy are introduced to improve the model.Based on the analysis of the theoretical basis of the model and the construction idea,the feasibility and effectiveness of the model are demonstrated by combining the construction of the missile combat effectiveness index system case.The results show that the hierarchical network interpretation model,based on respect for expert decision-making and knowledge experience,can qualitatively analyze the relationship between indexes,quantitatively determine the index weight,modify the index weight obtained by the analytic hierarchy process,and can also be used to judge whether the decision-making is consistent.
