先天性肺动静脉瘘患儿行双肺移植术的护理

摘　　要：总结1例先天性肺动静脉瘘患儿行双肺移植的护理体会。护理要点:围绕肺动静脉瘘的发病特点、肺移植手术难点,针对患儿移植后肺循环重建、心脏功能重塑、移植肺复张和肺康复管理、液体管理等问题进行系统管理,结合儿童特殊性,加强观察和识别。经过全面、系统管理和康复,患儿恢复良好,移植肺功能正常,顺利出院。To summarize the nursing experience of double lung transplantation in a child with congenital pulmonary arteriovenous fistula.Focusing on the characteristics of pulmonary arteriovenous fi fistulaand the difficulties of lung transplantation,in response to the reconstruction of pulmonary circulation and the remodeling of heart function after transplantation,the problems of transplant lung expansion,lung rehabilitation management and fluid management,the patient was systematically managed.And observation and identification should be strengthened according to the particularity of the child.After comprehensive and systematic management and rehabilitation,the patient recovered well,the transplanted lung function was normal,and the patient was discharged smoothly.
