摘　　要：党建目标是关于党的建设的总体设想,考察中国共产党党建目标及其实践探索问题,为推进新时代党的建设新的伟大工程提供经验启示。在新民主主义革命时期,中国共产党受到俄共(布)的影响,将党建目标最初确定为“布尔什维克化”,该目标对党带来了双重影响。随着革命的发展,中国共产党人认识到党建目标必须在中国具体化,进而推动党建目标经历了一个“中国化”的历程,即将中国共产党建设成一个全国范围内的党内政治统一、利益代表广泛、坚持走群众路线、党内思想巩固、坚持民主集中制、重视作风问题的布尔什维克化政党。中国特色社会主义进入新时代,加强党的建设的重要前提是要进一步推进党建目标中国化,使党的建设能够与中国具体实际相结合,为增强党的执政能力与水平提供重要保证,而坚持实事求是、系统布局以及独立自主的经验则有助于推进新时代党建目标的中国化。The goal of Party building is the overall idea of Party building.Studying the goal of Party building of the Communist Party of China and its practical exploration will help to provide experience and enlightenment for promoting the new great project of Party building in the new era.During the period of the new democratic revolution,the goal of the Party building of the Communist Party of China was mainly located in the"Bolshevization".This impact of the goal was dual.With the development of the revolution,the Communist Party of China realized that the goal of Party building must be concretized in China,and then promoted the goal of Party building through a process of"sinicization".Videlicet,the Communist Party of China was built into a Bolshevik Party with nationwide political unity within the Party,extensive representation of interests,adherence to the mass line,ideological consolidation within the Party,adherence to democratic centralism,and emphasis on work style issues.As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,an important prerequisite for strengthening Party building is to further promote the Sinicization of Party building goals,so that Party building can be combined with China's specific reality,providing an important guarantee for enhancing the Party's governance ability and level,and adhering to seeking truth from facts,systematic layout and independent operational experience will help promote the Sinicization of Party building goals in the new era.
