摘  要:在纤维增强树脂基复合材料(FRPC)中,纤维与树脂基体之间的界面作用决定了各组分能否协同发挥作用,进而对FRPC的力学性能产生重要影响,是材料设计的关键。在多种界面性能改进策略中,在纤维表面涂敷界面浸润剂能够有效改善纤维-树脂界面相容性和粘接强度,提升复合材料的整体性能,因为备受关注。本文针对玄武岩纤维(BF)和玻璃纤维(GF)两种无机纤维常用的浸润剂进行综述,介绍浸润剂的基本组成及作用、常用浸润剂的类型以及目前用于BF和GF的不同组成的浸润剂及其相应的改性机制,分析其对复合材料力学性能的影响,并展望浸润剂存在的问题和未来发展。In fiber reinforced plastic composites(FRPC),the interface between the fiber and the resin matrix determines whether the components can play a synergistic role,which has an important impact on the mechanical properties of FRPC,which is the key to FRPC design.Among the various strategies to improve interfacial properties,coating interfacial sizing agent on the fiber surface can effectively improve the interfacial compatibility and adhesive strength of fiber-resin and improve the overall performance of composite materials,so it has attracted much attention.In this paper,the sizing agent commonly used in basalt fiber(BF)and glass fiber(GF)is reviewed,the basic composition and function of sizing agent,the types of commonly used sizing agent,and the different components of sizing agent currently used for BF and GF and their corresponding modification mechanisms are analyzed,and the existing problems and future development of sizing agent are prospected.
