摘　　要：慢性胰腺炎是一种由多种因素导致的胰腺组织慢性炎症性疾病。肌少症是慢性胰腺炎的并发症,其特点是肌肉量下降和功能受损,与跌倒、骨折、死亡等不良事件的风险增加有关。然而,由于临床重视程度不足,肌少症在慢性胰腺炎中的诊断率较低。肌少症与慢性胰腺炎患者预后不良相关,因此有必要提高临床工作者对肌少症的重视程度。文章对慢性胰腺炎患者肌少症的流行病学特点、发病机制、诊断、治疗措施及预后展开综述,以提高临床工作者对肌少症的认识及协助临床早期诊断和干预肌少症,从而改善慢性胰腺炎患者的远期预后。Chronic pancreatitis is a chronic inflammatory disease of the pancreatic tissue caused by multiple factors.Sarcopenia is a complication of chronic pancreatitis,characterized by loss in muscle mass and performance,which is associated with increased adverse outcomes including falls,fractures and mortality.However,the diagnosis rate of sarcopenia in chronic pancreatitis is low due to insufficient clinical attention.Given the negative correlation between sarcopenia and the prognosis of patients with chronic pancreatitis,it is essential to raise awareness among clinical practitioners about sarcopenia.This article provides a review of the epidemiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis,therapies and prognosis of chronic pancreatitis complicated with sarcopenia.The objective is to enhance healthcare professionals'understanding of sarcopenia,facilitate early diagnosis and intervention,and ultimately improve the long-term prognosis of patients with chronic pancreatitis.
