摘  要:在新一轮工业革命的背景下,加快完善机器人领域的人才培养体系至关重要,而机器人也被称作是“制造业皇冠上的明珠”。目前,我国在机器人专业的人才培养上还存在许多问题,无法满足国家和企业的需求。对此本文提出了一套培养理念,地方企业和高校进行深度合作,采用联合培养的方式为企业培养所需的人才。同时设计学科建设方案,通过将“工厂”带入课堂,采用项目制实训模式,使学生在项目中学习理论知识并进行实践。从而,为我国的发展和企业的需求提供源源不断的高素质人才。In the context of a new round of industrial revolution,it is very important to accelerate the improvement of the talent training system in the field of robotics,and robots are also known as the"crown jewel of the manufacturing industry".At present,there are still many problems in the training of robot professionals in China,which cannot meet the needs of the country and enterprises.In this regard,this paper proposes a set of training concepts,in which local enterprises and universities carry out in-depth cooperation and adopt the method of joint training to cultivate the talents needed for enterprises.At the same time,the discipline construction plan is designed,and the"factory"is brought into the classroom and the project-based training mode is adopted,so that students can learn theoretical knowledge and practice in the project.Thus,to provide a steady stream of high-quality talents for the development of our country and the needs of enterprises.
