摘　　要：产业学院模式是具有中国本土化特色的制度创新,是中国的产教融合的一种实践形式,是“产教融合、科创融合、科教融合”的应用型人才培养的重要途径和主要载体。教育部办公厅、工业和信息化部办公厅印发的《现代产业学院建设指南(试行)》(教高厅函〔2020〕16号)对产业学院的建设给出了详细的指导意见,并确定将产业学院作为“十四五”期间应用型高校深化产教融合、校企深度合作和应用型人才培养可复制、可推广的新模式。柞蚕产业学院的建立,不断继续深化产教融合,不断完善人才培养体系,增强办学活力,探索产业链、创新链、教育链有效衔接机制,提升了应用型高校影响力和社会服务能力。The industrial college model is an institutional innovation with Chinese localization characteristics.It is a practical form of the integration of industry and education in China.It is an important way and main carrier of application-oriented talents training of"integration of production and education,integration of science and innovation,integration of science and education".The General Office of the Ministry of Education and the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology have given detailed"Guidance on the construction of Modern Industrial College(Trial)"(Letter of Education High Office〔2020〕No.16).It is also determined that industrial college will be a new model for application-oriented colleges to deepen the integration of production and education,in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises and application-oriented personnel training during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.Establishment of tussah industry College,We will continue to deepen the integration of industry and education,Constantly improve the personnel training system,Enhance the vitality of schools.We will explore an effective mechanism for connecting the industrial chain,innovation chain and education chain,Enhance the influence of application-oriented universities and social service ability.
