摘　　要：对ArcGIS二次开发技术进行了概述,结合某县灌区调查与电子地图绘制工作实例,简述了项目实施流程,探讨了基于ArcGIS Engine开发的软件辅助作业的基本流程,验证了软件的应用可以极大提高作业效率,保证成果质量,为此类项目提供了切实可行的解决方案。This paper gives an overview of ArcGIS secondary development technology,combined with an example of irrigation area investigation and electronic map production in a county,briefly describes the project implementation process,discusses the basic process of software auxiliary operations developed based on ArcGIS Engine,and verifies that the application of the software,which can greatly improve operational efficiency,ensure the quality of results,and provide practical solutions for such projects.
