摘 要:结合我国当前城市土地立体化空间开发利用的现状,在不动产确权登记与管理过程中对宗地体模型构建关键技术提出了迫切需求,其核心为宗地体模型的快速构建。基于BIM技术围绕宗地体模型构建关键技术进行了探索研究与实现,并结合青岛市第三次国土调查市级信息系统建设进行了实践应用,取得了较好的应用效果,为下一步推广“以三维地籍为核心的土地立体化管理模式”提供了重要的关键技术支撑。Combined with the current situation of three-dimensional development and utilization of urban land in China,there is an urgent demand for the key technologies of building parcel models in the process of real estate ownership confirmation and registration and management,and its core is the rapid building of parcel models.Based on BIM technology,the key technologies of building parcel models is explored,studied and realized.Combined with the construction of Qingdao city information system of the third national land survey,the practical application is carried out,and good application results are achieved,which can provide important key technical support for the next promotion of"three-dimensional land management model with three-dimensional cadastre as the core".
