摘  要:针对异形双曲无背索斜拉桥幕墙二次设计中的钢构安装精度控制难题,提出“优视三维激光扫描”方法,以BIM技术为辅助,对异形双曲主、次龙骨及幕墙结构进行逆向建模及二次设计,满足了异形双曲龙骨及铝制幕墙安装要求。该研究有效保证了复杂桥梁构件的精确定位与安装,取得了良好的实施效果,可为类似工程提供借鉴。The article addresses the difficulty of controlling the installation accuracy of steel structures in the secondary design of the curtain wall of an irregular hyperbolic cable-stayed bridge without back cables.The"Optimized View 3D Laser Scanning"method is proposed,assisted by BIM technology,to perform reverse modeling and secondary design on the main and secondary keels and curtain wall structures of the irregular hyperbolic cable-stayed bridge without back cables,meeting the installation requirements of the irregular hyperbolic keels and aluminum curtain wall.This study effectively ensures the accurate positioning and installation of complex bridge components,achieves good implementation results,and can provide reference for similar projects.
