摘 要:文中以生物基戊二胺和生物基癸二酸2种单体替代石油基单体,选用无水乙醇或除氧水为成盐溶剂,制备了全生物基聚酰胺510(PA510)盐,分别对2种溶剂所制备的PA510盐进行测试对比,以红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱表征PA510盐的化学结构,用X射线衍射分析其癸二酸的残存含量,通过差示扫描量热、热重分析和偏光显微镜分析PA510盐的熔融温度及热分解行为,确定了PA510盐的预聚合温度范围。将2种溶剂所制备的PA510盐配置成浓度50%的盐-水溶液,在相同pH值和合成工艺条件下制备了PA510聚合物,并对聚合产物进行相对黏度和端基滴定测试。结果表明,2种溶剂所制备的PA510盐化学结构一致,熔点均为137℃,2种盐均可在150℃左右开始进行缩聚反应。2种PA510盐采用相同的聚合工艺,可制备相对黏度接近的聚合物PA510,因此选择用除氧水为成盐溶剂。Two monomers of 1,5-pentanediamine and bio-sebacic acid were used to replace petroleum-based monomer,and anhydrous ethanol or deoxygenated water were selected as salt-forming solvents to prepare wholebiological polyamide 510(PA510)salt.The PA510 salt prepared by the two solvents was tested and compared respectively.The chemical structure of PA510 salt was characterized by FT-IR and 1H-NMR.The residual content of bio-sebacic acid was analyzed by X-ray diffraction.The melting temperature and thermal decomposition behavior of PA510 salt were analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry,thermogravimetric analysis and polarizing microscope to determine the prepolymerization temperature range of PA510 salt.The PA510 salt prepared with the two solvents was configured into a salt-water solution with a concentration of 50%.The PA510 polymer was prepared under the same pH value and synthetic conditions,and the relative viscosity and end group titration of the polymerization products were tested.The results show that the chemical structure of PA510 salt prepared with two solvents is consistent.The melting point is 137℃,and the condensation reaction of the two salts can begin at about 150℃.Through the same polymerization process,two kinds of PA510 salts can prepare polymer PA510 with similar relative viscosity.Therefore,deoxygenated water is selected as salt-forming solvent.
