摘 要:南京沉井式智能停车设施建设项目采用新型超深装配式竖井建造技术,依托该工程,采用理论分析及有限元计算方法,对超深竖井封底混凝土浇筑温度效应进行研究,探讨温度收缩对封底混凝土与竖井结构接触面的影响,并结合工程特点提出合理化的设计施工控制措施。结果表明:对于超深竖井结构,封底混凝土浇筑温度效应会引起水平收缩变形,进而影响封底混凝土与竖井结构接触面的咬合;采用理论计算封底混凝土浇筑因温度效应引起的水平收缩变形量与有限元计算所得结果基本一致,最大值相差约为8%;封底混凝土因温度效应引起的水平收缩变形会影响封底混凝土与竖井结构接触面的抗剪性能及防水性能,需采取控制措施。Based on the construction project of Nanjing open caisson intelligent parking facility,which constructed by a new type of ultra-deep prefabricated shaft construction technology,the theoretical analysis and finite element calculation method are used to study the temperature effect of the bottoming concrete pouring of the ultra-deep shaft.The influence of temperature shrinkage on the contact surface between the bottoming concrete and the shaft structure is discussed.Combined with the engineering characteristics,reasonable design and construction control measures are proposed to provide reference for similar projects.The results show that the horizontal shrinkage deformation caused by temperature effect is more important,it can affect the contact surface between bottoming concrete and shaft structure;The theoretical calculation of the shrinkage deformation caused by the temperature effect of the bottoming concrete is basically consistent with the finite element calculation,and the maximum difference is about 8%;The shrinkage deformation of bottoming concrete caused by temperature effect will affect the shear performance and waterproof performance of the contact surface between bottoming concrete and shaft structure,and control measures should be taken.
