摘 要:在使用低频超声TOF技术对大厚度多层复合介质测厚时,超声反射回波之间容易出现有效回波和近表面干扰波重叠现象且难以分离,从而影响TOF的测量精度。针对此类问题,提出了基于L1范数的自适应匹配方法,基于时空域中近表面干扰表现出规律一致性,而有效回波则展现出推移特性的不同特征,在时空域对采集的超声阵列信号进行自适应匹配处理,实现有效回波和近表面干扰波的分离,从而增强有效回波的分辨率。仿真数据处理结果证明了所提方法的有效性,信噪比提高了3 dB。实验结果表明,该方法能高效解决重叠超声信号分离的问题,在固体火箭发动机测厚场景中展现出广阔的应用前景。When using low-frequency ultrasonic TOF technology to measure the thickness of thick multi-layer composite media,there is a tendency for valid echoes and near surface interference waves to overlap and be difficult to separate between ultrasonic reflection echoes,which affects the measurement accuracy of TOF.In response to such problems,this article proposes an adaptive matched filtering processing method based on L1 norm.Based on the spatiotemporal consistency of near-surface interference,effective echoes exhibit distinct transition characteristics.In the spatiotemporal domain,the collected ultrasound array signals are adaptively matched to achieve the separation of effective echoes and near surface interference waves,thereby enhancing the resolution of effective echoes.The simulation data processing has demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed method,with a 3 dB increase in signal-to-noise ratio.The experimental results show that this method can efficiently solve the problem of overlapping ultrasonic signal separation,and has shown broad application prospects in thickness measurement scenarios of solid rocket engines.
