摘　　要：现代作家黄裳一生交游广阔,书札往还众多。《来燕榭书札》收有致几位文坛学界密切朋友的253通书信,具有重要的史料价值和文学价值。因为多种原因,这些书信的书写日期模糊或标注不够准确。通过有关文献比对及史事考察,各信的日期是可以确定的。系列文章“之三”对黄裳致黄宗江、周汝昌、姜德明的若干封信进行系年,还原其本来面目。The contemporary Chinese writer Huang Shang made many friends in his life,and they often corre-sponded with each other.Included in Laiyanxie Letters are 253 letters written to his several close friends in literary and academic circles,which are of great importance from the perspective of history and literature.These letters unfortunately have vague dates or inaccurate annotations for some reasons,but they can be clarified through related historical documents and studies.Some letters written by Huang Shang to Huang Zongjiang,Zhou Ruchang and Jiang Deming respectively are chronologically verified,and restored to their original appearance in this article.
