摘　　要：针对客户反映的短信中心号码配置错误导致无法发送短信以及终端上修改不便的问题,基于中国移动的触点服务质量数智化提升策略,结合公司现网系统状况进行深入研究,设计开发自动化、智能化的应用支撑系统。基于(U)SIM卡OTA技术的动态配置短信中心号码系统是静默更新配置数据的智能化支撑方案。通过应用BIP协议的高速下载技术实现短信中心号码的自动动态配置,使得用户无需感知即可完成短信中心号码的静默更新,有效地解决短信发送失败而引发的客户投诉,提升运营商的管理水平和客户满意度。In view of the problems reported by customers that the short message center number is incorrectly configured,result-ing in the inability to send short messages and the inconvenient modification on the terminal,based on the intelligent improvement strategy of China Mobile′s contact service quality number,combined with the company′s current network system,an in-depth study was conducted to design and develop an automated and intelligent application support system.Dynamic configuration of short message center number system based on OTA technology of SIM card is an intelligent support scheme for silently updating configuration data.Through the application of BIP protocol technology,the automatic dynamic configuration of SMS center number is realized,so that the user can complete the silent update of SMS center number without awareness.This effectively solves customer complaints caused by SMS delivery failures,and improves the management level of operators and customer satisfaction.
