摘 要:为提高振动输送机对大流量烟梗输送需求的适应能力,实现生产过程中烟梗物料的柔性分流。在振动输送机进料口处增设一分流机构,通过理论分析了烟梗颗粒的抛掷运动轨迹和影响分流机构分流效果的关键参数;设计一组五因素四水平正交试验运用工程离散单元法(engineering discrete element method,EDEM)对分流系统进行参数优化,得到最优参数组合:挡板距离振槽底部高度为70 mm、导板倾角为45°、导板长度为60 mm、挡板距离振槽端部距离为245 mm和导板宽度为80 mm;在此基础上,以STC12C5A60S2为核心设计一套分流控制系统,来调控烟梗输送过程中的短时间内流量波动的现象。最终通过现场实验验证表明,该分流系统能将分流后的振动输送机两物料通道的流量差值控制在3%之内。To enhance the adaptability of the vibrating conveyor to the demands of high-flow tobacco stalks transportation,and realize the flexible diversion of tobacco stalk material in the production process.The inlet of the vibratory conveyor was equipped with a diversion mechanism,which was designed based on theoretical analysis of the trajectory of tobacco stalk particles during throwing and the key parameters influencing the diversion effect.Design a set of five factor four level orthogonal experiments using the engineering discrete element method(EDEM)to optimize the parameters of the diversion system.The optimal parameter combinations are as follows:the distance between the baffle and the bottom of the vibration groove is 70 mm,the inclination angle of the guide plate is 45°,the length of the guide plate is 60 mm,the distance between the baffle and the end of the vibration groove is 245 mm,and the width of the guide plate is 80 mm.On this basis,a set of shunt control system was designed with STC12C5A60S2 as the core to regulate the phenomenon of flow fluctuation in a short period of time in the process of tobacco stalk transportation.The final on-site experimental verification shows that the diversion system can control the flow difference between the two material channels of the vibration conveyor after diversion within 3%.
