摘　　要：营运资金在零售企业的经营活动中占据重要地位,也是影响企业可持续发展的关键因素。近年来,零售业竞争越来越激烈,传统零售企业在各种因素的影响下举步维艰,亟须转型寻找新出路。商业模式的改变加上传统百货零售业本身的劣势,使得企业营运资金管理方面还存在一系列问题,文章根据存在问题提出相关建议,帮助企业提高竞争力,推动企业长远发展。Working capital occupies an important position in the operating activities of retail enterprises and is also a key factor affecting the sustainable development of enterprises.In recent years,the retail industry has become more and more competitive,and traditional retail enterprises are struggling under the influence of various factors and urgently need to transform to find a new way out.The change of business model coupled with the inherent disadvantages of traditional department store retailing industry makes the enterprises still have some problems in working capital management,so it is recommended that enterprises take relevant measures to enhance the competitiveness of retail enterprises and promote the long-term development of enterprises.
