摘 要:近些年来随着创新驱动发展战略的逐步落实,大中小企业融通发展模式应运而生,其为企业发展和高职院校就业机制完善提供了机遇。尤其在当前社会经济飞速发展的大环境下,各行各业对高质量人才的需求量不断增加,而大中小企业融通模式和高职院校就业机制的协调运作,对满足企业人才需求而言大有裨益。文章从了解大中小企业融通模式的发展现状入手,深入分析其对高职院校就业机制的影响,致力于更好地发挥模式作用来解决学生就业问题。In recent years,with the gradual implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy,the development model of large,medium and small-sized enterprises has emerged.Especially in the current environment of rapid social and economic development,the demand for high-quality talents in all walks of life continues to increase,and the coordination of the integration mode of large,medium and small enterprises and the employment mechanism of higher vocational colleges,it is of great benefit to meet the talent demand of enterprises.This paper starts from the understanding of the development of the small and medium-sized enterprises,in-depth analysis of its impact on the employment mechanism of higher vocational colleges,to better play the role of the model to solve the problem of student employment.
