摘　　要：秦汉六朝鄂县、沙羡、下隽建置沿革一直存在争议。依据传世文献、新出简牍文献、考古遗址踏查,认为今大冶市金牛镇“鄂王城”遗址为战国后期至东汉末,西晋至陈朝的鄂县;今鄂州市城区为东汉末年鄂县,六朝武昌县。秦至东晋的沙羡县在今武汉市武昌区,孙吴末年短暂更名为沙阳县。今武汉市江夏区金口镇为东晋刘宋之汝南县。秦汉下隽县在今湖南省岳阳县,建安十五年迁治今湖北省崇阳县肖岭乡。下隽县的迁治,与建安十四、十五年孙权、刘备在荆州的政治军事势力交替相关。Refer to historical records,newly unearthed bamboo and wooden slips,and archaeological site surveys,this paper examines the administrative divisions evolution of E County(鄂县),Shayi County(沙羡)and Xiajun County(下隽)during the Qin,Han and Six Dynasties again.This paper posits that the Ewang City(鄂王城)site in Jinniu Town(金牛镇)of Daye City(大冶市)corresponds to the E County from the late Warring States period to the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty,as well as the E County from the Western Jin to the Chen Dynasty.The current urban area of Ezhou City(鄂州市)is identified as the E County in the late Eastern Han period and it is identified as the Wuchang County during the Six Dynasties as well.The Shayi County from the Qin to the Eastern Jin period was located in today's Wuchang District(武昌区)of Wuhan City,which was named as Shayang County(沙阳县)for a short term in the end of Sun Wu.The present Jinkou Town(金口镇)in the Jiangxia District(江夏区)of Wuhan City is identified as the Runan County(汝南县)during the Eastern Jin and Liu Song periods.The Xiajun County in the Qin and Han periods was located in today's Yueyang County(岳阳县)of Hunan Province,which was transfered to Xiaoling Town(肖岭乡)in today's Chongyang County(崇阳县)of Hubei Province during the fifteenth year of Jian'an(建安).The relocation of Xiajuan County was related to the political and military power shifts in Jingzhou(荆州)between Sun Quan and Liu Bei during the fourteenth and fifteenth years of Jian'an.
