摘  要:改进型单轨式水下刮泥机针对污泥浓缩实际使用过程中存在的问题,通过对牵引装置、刮泥台车机构、张紧装置进行改进优化,改进后的刮泥机不仅可在高含固率及厚泥层的运行工况下正常运行,而且具备双向刮泥能力,刮泥机的整体运行效率得到大幅提升,操作、维护和管理更加便捷高效,实现了给水厂污泥减量的目标。结合改进型刮泥的在给水厂的应用实例,为推进给水厂高质量发展提供经验。The improved monorail underwater scraper is designed to address the issues encountered in the actual use of monorail underwater scrapers.The traction device,scraper car mechanism,and tensioning device of the scraper have been improved and optimized.The improved scraper can operate normally under high solid content and thick sludge layers,and has bidirectional scraping capability.The overall operating efficiency of the scraper has been significantly improved,and operation,maintenance,and management are more convenient and efficient.The application case of the improved scraper in a water supply plant can provide reference experience for other projects.
