摘 要:北方某设计规模为6万m^(3)/d的地下式污水处理厂,采用多模式AO-MBR工艺,出水水质满足《城镇污水处理厂水污染物排放标准》(DB11/890-2012)中B标准要求。项目建设总投资为46276万元。单位水量处理总成本为3.26元/m^(3),其中可变成本为0.918元/m^(3),固定成本为2.342元/m^(3)。自投入运营以来,设计工艺处理高效且稳定,出水COD、TN、NH_(3)-N、TP平均排放浓度为13 mg/L、10.6 mg/L、0.24 mg/L、0.2 mg/L,平均去除率分别为93%、78.6%、99.5%和96%。水厂高质量保证所在规划服务区域的再生水供应,有效保障该地区再生水资源可持续利用。A underground WWTP with a design scale of 60000 m^(3)/d in northern China adopted the multi-stage A/O process and MBR process for inlet water,and the effluent quality met the requirements of standard B in the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants(DB 11/890-2012).The total investment of the project is 462.76 million yuan.The total cost of water treatment is 3.26 yuan/m^(3),of which the variable cost is 0.918 yuan/m^(3),and the fixed cost is 2.342 yuan/m^(3).Since commercial transport,the design process has been efficient and stable.The average discharge concentrations of COD,TN,NH_(4)-N and TP in effluent are 13 mg/L,10.6 mg/L,0.24 mg/L and 0.2 mg/L,and the average removal rates are 93%,78.6%,99.5%and 96%,respectively.The high quality of the water plant ensures the supply of recycled water in the planned service area,effectively ensuring the sustainable use of recycled water resources in the area.
