摘  要:在水厂管线综合设计过程中,各类管线错综复杂,利用二维设计软件设计时,管线交叉位置多,高程计算工作量大,设计难度高。以松山湖水厂一期工程为例,采用BIM技术软件进行厂区管线的设计,在设计过程中节省了设计周期、优化管线布置、减少厂区管线之间的“错、漏、碰、缺”等问题,并在设计交底过程中采用BIM模型进行交底,避免施工过程中出现错误,节约施工周期和施工成本,补充了BIM技术在厂站内管线系统设计内容的使用场景。In this process,various pipelines are intricate,and it is difficult to calculate the collision situation of cross points using two-dimensional design software.This article takes the first phase of Songshanhu Water Plant as an example,using BIM technology software for the design of pipeline systems in the plant area.In the design process,it saves the design cycle,optimizes the layout of pipelines,and reduces problems such as“wrong,missing,colliding,and lacking”between pipeline systems in the plant area.It also uses BIM models for disclosure in the design disclosure process to avoid errors in the construction process,save construction time and cost,and supplement the application scenarios of BIM technology in the design of pipeline systems in stations.
