摘 要:母猪乳头数与仔猪成活率和生长发育情况密切相关,是生产中评估种猪繁育能力的重要指标之一。猪乳头数在不同群体间差异较大,其遗传基础复杂,目前遗传机制尚未清晰。揭示乳头数遗传机制对改善种猪繁育能力有重要意义。近年来,与猪乳头数性状相关的数量性状基因座(quantitative trait locus,QTL)和候选基因被相继报道。文章归纳了猪乳头类型、分布、胚胎期的发育和不同品种乳头数的差异,从影响猪乳头数的QTLs和候选基因等角度对当前的研究进展进行了综述,以期为乳头数性状改良及其遗传机制解析研究提供参考。The number of sow nipples is closely related to the survival rate and growth of piglets,and is one of the important indexes to evaluate the breeding ability of breeding pigs in production.The number of pig nipples varies greatly among different populations,and its genetic basis is complex,but the genetic mechanism is not clear at present.It is important to reveal the genetic mechanism of nipple number for improving the breeding ability of breeding pigs.In recent years,quantitative trait locus(QTL)and candidate genes related to porcine nipple number traits have been reported successively.In this paper,the types,distribution,embryonic development and differences in nipple number of various pig breeds were summarized,and the current research progress was reviewed from the perspective of QTLs and candidate genes affecting nipple number of pigs,so as to provide references for the improvement of nipple number traits and the analysis of genetic mechanisms.
