摘 要:脱硫吸收塔是火力发电厂中用于减少二氧化硫排放的重要设备,其基础设计需满足结构安全、稳定、耐久以及经济合理性要求,设计过程中需综合考虑地质条件、荷载情况、材料性能、施工工艺等多方面因素。本文主要探讨脱硫吸收塔基础设计的安全性与经济性。通过对相关规范规程的分析和研究,结合项目实际设计经验,总结了脱硫吸收塔基础的主要控制指标、埋深合理范围。通过对脱硫吸收塔浅基础实际受力分析,提出了将脱硫吸收塔基础作为刚性基础的设计方法。The desulfurization absorption tower is an important equipment used in thermal power plants to reduce sulfur dioxide emissions.The basic design needs to meet the requirements of structural safety,stability,durability,and economic rationality.During the design process,it is necessary to comprehensively consider various factors such as geological conditions,load conditions,material properties,and construction techniques.Based on this,this article mainly explores the methods for achieving safety and economy in the design of desulfurization absorption tower foundations.Through analysis and research on various regulatory provisions,combined with actual project design experience,the main control indicators of the desulfurization absorption tower foundation and the reasonable range of foundation burial depth have been summarized;By analyzing the actual stress on the shallow foundation of the desulfurization absorption tower,a design method of using the absorption tower foundation as a rigid foundation is proposed.
