摘 要:乌头属植物具有重要的药用价值,但市场上乌头属植物药材品种混乱,伪品、相似品过多,存在鱼目混珠现象,严重影响了乌头药材的疗效与安全。因此,正确识别乌头属植物十分重要。乌头属植物传统的鉴别方法(比如基源鉴定等)存在主观性强、对专业人员依赖性高等缺陷。随着DNA条形码技术的发展,其在乌头属植物鉴别中的应用越来越受到人们的重视。基于此,本文对当前DNA条形码技术在乌头属植物鉴别中的研究进展进行归纳,为促进乌头属植物的鉴定技术与方法的进一步创新提供理论支撑。Aconitum plants have important medicinal value.At present,the variety of Aconitum plant medicinal materials in the market is chaotic,with too many counterfeit and similar products,and there are phenomena such as fish eyes mixing pearls,which seriously affects the efficacy and safety of Aconitum medicinal materials.Therefore,it is urgent to correctly identify Aconitum plants.The traditional identification methods for Aconitum plants,such as primitive identification,have strong subjectivity and high dependence on professionals.With the development of DNA barcode technology,its application in the identification of Aconitum plants is receiving increasing attention.Based on this,this article summarizes the research progress of DNA barcode technology in the identification of Aconitum plants,providing theoretical support for promoting further innovation in identification techniques and methods of Aconitum plants.
