摘　　要：地膜覆盖技术为我国农业生产作出了巨大的贡献,但在回收地膜方面仍然存在较大问题。通过对新疆北疆及东疆地区的15个县市的部分农户进行问卷调查,从农户角度多方面分析影响农户回收地膜的相关因素。研究表明:(1)农户种植耕地为本人所有且地膜质量越高,回收效果越好;(2)农户对地膜污染危害了解程度越高,越有助于地膜回收,且每年回收的地膜数量越多,越能激发农户回收地膜的积极性;(3)目前有关地膜回收的政策、制度以及补贴以及是否有环境污染监督人员执法对回收效果有显著影响。建议相关部门加大地膜回收政策的执行力度。Film mulching technology has made a huge contribution to China's agricultural production,but there are still big problems in mulch film recycling.A questionnaire survey on some farmers in 15 counties and cities with large cultivat-ed land in northern Xinjiang and eastern Xinjiang was conducted from perspective of farmers to analyze the relevant factors affecting farmers'recycling of plastic film.Research results showed:(1)The farmer's cultivated land is owned by the farm-er and the higher the quality of the mulch film,the better the recovery effect.(2)The higher the farmers'understanding of the pollution hazards of mulch film,the more helpful it is to recover mulch film,and the more mulch film recycled each year,the more they can stimulate their enthusiasm for recycling mulch film.(3)The current policies,systems,and subsidies related to film recycling and whether there are environmental pollution supervisors have a significant impact on the recy-cling effect.Strengthening the management policy of the plastic film recycling by relevant departments was proposed.
