摘　　要：目的通过分析《医学衷中参西录》中载录症状小便异常的医案,探讨张锡纯治疗小便异常的用药特色。方法选取《医学衷中参西录》中符合纳入标准的医案录入Excel构建方药规范化数据库,采用Excel 2021进行频次统计;利用SPSS Modeler 18.0软件中的关联规则Apriori算法进行关联规则及复杂网络分析;运用Origin Lab软件进行聚类分析张锡纯治疗小便异常的用药规律。结果按照纳入标准筛选,共纳入78首方剂药物95味,用药总频次是429次,高频使用药物共23味占64.2%。其中,药性以寒性药居多,药味以甘味为主,主归肺、脾、肾经。关联规则分析得到11组关联药对,聚类分析得到4组多味药物聚类方和1组药对聚类。结论通过分析可知张锡纯临证治疗小便异常时从肺、脾、肾三脏为切入点治疗,得出张锡纯治疗小便异常施以清补并用、收涩兼施,善用脾肾同补、肺脾同治之法。Objective To explore the characteristics of ZHANG Xichun's medication for abnormal urination by analyzing the medical records of symptomatic abnormal urination recorded in Intergrating Chinese and Western Medicine.Methods To select the medical records that meet the inclusion criteria in Intergrating Chinese and Western Medicine and enter them into Excel to build a standardized database of prescriptions and medicines,and use Excel 2021 for frequency statistics;The association rule Apriori algorithm in SPSS Modeler 18.0 software was used for association rule and complex network analysis;Cluster analysis of ZHANG Xichun's medication patterns in the treatment of urinary abnormalities using Origin Lab software.Results According to the screening of the inclusion criteria,a total of 95 flavors of 78 prescription drugs were included,and the total frequency of drug use was 429 times,with a total of 23 flavors of high-frequency drug use accounting for 64.2%.Among them,the medicinal properties were mostly cold medicines,and the medicinal flavors were mainly sweet,which were mainly attributed to the lung,spleen and kidney meridians.Clustering analysis yielded 4 groups of polypharmacy aggregation groups and 1 group of drug-pair aggregation groups;the association rule yielded 6 groups of drug-pair association groups and 15 groups of polypharmacy association groups.Conclusion By analyzing ZHANG Xichun's treatment of urinary anomalies,we can see that ZHANG Xichun treats urinary anomalies from the lungs,spleen,and kidneys as the entry point,and concludes that ZHANG Xichun's treatment of urinary anomalies is based on the method of clearing,tonifying,and astringent,and makes good use of the spleen and kidneys as well as the method of tonifying the lung and spleen.
