摘　　要：基于中国古代哲学(哲)、中国传统医学(医)及古代相术学(术)等理论,试从四缝本身穴位特性和外治法针刺特性两个方向入手,系统性地进行归纳与分析针刺四缝穴治疗小儿发热性疾病的中医学原理与相关作用机制。因小儿四缝穴所处位置的关键性和其所具有穴性特征的特殊性与兼具性,以传统手诊学及其新解、经络腧穴学说、五行学说、藏象学说、全息理论等中国传统医、哲、术理论学说为基础,分别探讨分析后发现:四缝穴具有通调脏腑、疏通百脉的功能,故四缝穴可退小儿热。研究发现小儿针刺法又有驱邪调卫、泄浊和营、治神复元的功效。因此,对四缝穴施以针刺操作能够达到行经通络、标本同调的效果,使患儿正气加速恢复而邪气能尽快祛除,对诸种急慢性小儿发热性疾病能迅速收效。从而为临床使用针刺四缝穴治疗多系统、多病因导致的小儿发热及发热性疾病,提供了坚实的理论依据。Based on the theories of ancient Chinese philosophy(Zhe),traditional Chinese medicine(Yi)and ancient physiognomy(Shu),this paper systematically summarizes and analyzes the principles and related mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of febrile diseases in children with acupuncture at Sifeng(EX-UE10)from the two aspects of the characteristics of the four seam acupoints and the external treatment of acupuncture.Because of the critical position of the Sifeng(EX-UE10)in children and the particularity and dual nature of the acupoint characteristics,based on the traditional Chinese medicine,philosophy and surgery theories such as traditional hand diagnosis and its new solution,meridian and acupoint theory,five elements theory,image theory,holographic theory,the Sifeng(EX-UE10)can relieve children's fever.The study found that the acupuncture method in children has the effects of expelling evil spirits,regulating the body,removing turbidity and Yin,and restoring the spirit.Therefore,the acupuncture operation on the Sifeng(EX-UE10)can achieve the effect of meridian and collaterals,and the same regulation of specimens,so that the healthy gas of children can be restored as soon as possible and the evil gas can be eliminated as soon as possible,and the treatment of various acute and chronic febrile diseases in children can be quickly effective.Therefore,it provides a solid theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of children fever and febrile diseases caused by multiple systems and multiple etiologies with articular needling at Sifeng(EX-UE10).
