基于红外热成像技术探讨电火针联合刺络放血治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨基于红外热成像技术探讨电火针联合刺络放血治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效。方法选择2021年1月—2023年12月收治的128例膝骨关节炎患者作为观察对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为两组,每组各64例。其中对照组采用透明质酸钠治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上采用电火针配合刺络放血治疗,对比分析两组患者的红外热像图结果。治疗前及治疗后采用视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评价两组疼痛程度和采用Lysholm膝关节评分量表评价两组患者膝关节功能恢复情况,并比较两组患者治疗前后两组患者的血清钙卫蛋白(S100A8/A9)、硫酸软骨素846(CS-846)、基质金属蛋白酶3(MMP3)的水平及炎症因子(CRP、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β)水平变化情况,同时比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组患者膝关节前侧温度均较前明显下降,且观察组患者下降幅度较对照组更明显;观察组及对照组的VAS评分、S100A8/A9、CRP、CS-846、TNF-α、IL-6、MMP3、IL-1β指标均较治疗前显著降低,且观察组降低更明显;Lysholm评分明显高于治疗前,且观察组明显高于对照组;观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组,均P<0.05。结论电火针联合刺络放血治疗膝骨关节炎可有效控制S100A8/A9、CS846、MMP3及炎性因子水平,缓解患者疼痛,改善患者膝关节功能。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of electric fire needle combined with bloodletting in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis based on infrared thermal imaging technology.Methods 128 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the observation subjects.The patients were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 64 patients in each group.The control group received treatment with sodium hyaluronate,while the observation group received treatment with electroacupuncture combined with bloodletting therapy on the basis of the control group.The infrared thermography results of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Before and after treatment,the visual analog scale(VAS)was used to evaluate the degree of pain in two groups,and the Lysholm knee joint score scale was used to evaluate the recovery of knee joint function in two groups of patients.The levels of serum calprotectin(S100A8/A9),chondroitin sulfate 846(CS-846),matrix metalloproteinase 3(MMP3),and inflammatory factors(CRP,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-1β)were compared between the two groups of patients before and after treatment and compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients in terms of horizontal changes.Results After treatment,the anterior knee joint temperature of both groups of patients decreased significantly compared to before,and the observation group had a more significant decrease than the control group;VAS score,S100A8/A9,CRP,CS-846,TNF-α,IL-6,MMP3,IL-1βin the observation group and control group were significantly reduced compared to before treatment,and the observation group showed a more significant decrease;The Lysholm score was significantly higher than before treatment,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group;The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,all P<0.05.Conclusion The combination of electroacupuncture and bloodletting can
