摘  要:研究轨道车辆用硅酮密封胶与橡胶基材粘接时产生的黄变行为。结果表明:在空气、高温(80℃)和紫外光环境下静置5 d,挤涂在橡胶基材A上的硅酮密封胶发生不同程度的黄变,挤涂在铝合金基材和橡胶基材B上的硅酮密封胶未发生黄变;黄变前后硅酮密封胶1#和2#的傅里叶红外光谱特征峰和元素相对含量均无明显变化,即硅酮密封胶的黄变不是其自身分子结构改变导致的;硅酮密封胶与橡胶基材A粘接时发生黄变行为主要是由于橡胶基材A中的小分子物质迁移至硅酮密封胶导致的;含有苯环和羧基等不饱和键基团的邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂以及胺类物质二丁基胺在紫外光环境下易发生分子结构变化,进而导致硅酮密封胶黄变。The yellowing behavior of the silicone sealants for railway vehicles when bonded to the rubber substrates was studied.The results showed that,after being exposed to air,high temperature(80℃)and ultraviolet light for 5 d,the silicone sealants extruded onto the rubber substrate A exhibited varying degrees of the yellowing,while no the yellowing occurred as extruded onto the aluminum alloy substrate and rubber substrate B.There was no significant change in the characteristic peaks of Fourier transform infrared spectra and the relative elemental contents of the silicone sealant 1#and 2#before and after the yellowing,suggesting that the yellowing of the silicone sealants was not caused by alterations in their molecular structures.The yellowing behavior of the silicone sealants during bonded with the rubber substrate A was mainly caused by the migration of small molecular substances in the rubber substrate A to the silicone sealants.The phthalate plasticizers containing unsaturated bond groups such as benzene rings and carboxyl groups,as well as the amine substance dibutylamine,were prone to molecular structural changes under UV light,leading to the yellowing of the silicone sealants.
