摘 要:将硅烷偶联剂KH550改性木质素与硅烷偶联剂KH560改性白炭黑(SiO_(2))接枝聚合制备木质素接枝SiO_(2)杂化填料(记为木质素@SiO_(2)),并采用绿色化学湿法混炼工艺制备木质素@SiO_(2)/天然橡胶(NR)复合材料,研究木质素@SiO_(2)的木质素/SiO_(2)用量比对木质素@SiO_(2)/NR复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:随着木质素@SiO_(2)的木质素/SiO_(2)用量比的增大,木质素@SiO_(2)/NR复合材料的t_(10)和t_(90)缩短,邵尔A型硬度呈减小趋势;木质素/SiO_(2)用量比为6/9的木质素@SiO_(2)/NR复合材料的拉伸强度最大和DIN磨耗量最小,分别为27.6 MPa和101.42 mm^(3);木质素/SiO_(2)用量比为12/3的木质素@SiO_(2)/NR复合材料的拉断伸长率最大和撕裂强度较大,分别为587%和83 kN·m^(-1);热空气老化后木质素@SiO_(2)/NR复合材料的拉伸强度变化率和拉断伸长率变化率绝对值呈减小趋势。木质素/SiO_(2)用量比为3/12的木质素@SiO_(2)/NR复合材料的抗湿滑性能较好,滚动阻力较小。The lignin grafted silica(SiO_(2))hybrid filler(referred to as lignin@SiO_(2))was prepared by graft polymerization of lignin modified with silane coupling agent KH550 and SiO_(2) modified with silane coupling agent KH560.The lignin@SiO_(2)/natural rubber(NR)composites were prepared by green chemical wet mixing process,and the effect of lignin/SiO_(2) dosage ratios of the lignin@SiO_(2) on the properties of the lignin@SiO_(2)/NR composites.The results showed that,with the increasing of lignin/SiO_(2) dosage ratio of the lignin@SiO_(2),the t_(10) and t_(90) of the lignin@SiO_(2)/NR composite were shortened,and the Shore A hardness presented a decreasing trend.The lignin@SiO_(2)/NR composite with lignin/SiO_(2) dosage ratio of 6/9 had the largest tensile strength and the smallest DIN wear,which were 27.6 MPa and 101.42 mm^(3),respectively.The lignin@SiO_(2)/NR composite with lignin/SiO_(2) dosage ratio of 12/3 had the largest tensile elongation and larger tear strength,which were 587%and 83 kN·m^(-1),respectively.The absolute values of the tensile strength change rate and elongation at break change rate of the lignin@SiO_(2)/NR composite showed a decreasing trend after hot air aging.The lignin@SiO_(2)/NR composite with lignin/SiO_(2) dosage ratio of 3/12 had better wet slip resistance and lower rolling resistance.
