摘  要:对汽车发动机悬置用天然橡胶(NR)胶料配方进行研究。结果表明:采用半有效硫化体系(硫黄/促进剂用量比为1.7/1.5)、炭黑N330/炭黑N774/白炭黑(用量比11/18/5)补强体系、防老剂4020/防老剂RD/防老剂MB/微晶石蜡(用量比2/1/1/1)防护体系的NR胶料的动静刚度比较小,耐热空气老化性能较好;硫化温度过高和硫化时间过长易导致NR胶料出现硫化返原,使其动静刚度比增大,耐热空气老化性能下降。The natural rubber(NR)compound formulas for automotive engine suspension was researched.The results showed that the NR compound with semi-effective vulcanization system(sulfur/accelerator dosage ratio of 1.7/1.5),carbon black N330/carbon black N774/silica(dosage ratio of 11/18/5)reinforcement system and antioxidant 4020/antioxidant RD/antioxidant MB/microcrystalline paraffin(dosage ratio of 2/1/1/1)anti-aging system had lower dynamic to static stiffness ratio and better hot-air aging resistance.Excessive vulcanization temperature and time could easily lead to vulcanization reversion of the NR compound,resulting in an increase in its dynamic to static stiffness ratio and a decrease in its hot-air aging resistance.
