摘  要:介绍225/45R17 ALL CLIMATE AC-1高性能全天候子午线轮胎设计。结构设计:外直径633 mm,断面宽度241 mm,行驶面宽度189 mm,行驶面弧度高6.6 mm,胎圈着合直径434 mm,胎圈着合宽度220 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_(1)/H_(2))1.08,胎面采用3条沟槽设计,仿生V形互锁式花纹,花纹深度7.4 mm,花纹饱和度70.07%,花纹周节数61。施工设计:采用双层胎面设计,采用2层带束层+1层冠带层设计,1^(#)和2^(#)带束层采用3×0.28ST钢丝帘线,冠带层采用锦纶66帘布,胎体采用1层1440dtex/2-115聚酯帘布,采用成型机成型、液压硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、低气压耐久性能和高速性能均满足设计要求。The design of 225/45R17 ALL CLIMATE AC-1 high-performance all-season radial tire was described.In the structural design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 633 mm,crosssectional width 241 mm,width of running surface 189 mm,arc height of running surface 6.6 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 434 mm,bead width at rim seat 220 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H_(1)/H_(2))1.08,using three grooves tread pattern with a biomimetic V-shaped interlocking pattern,pattern depth 7.4 mm,block/total ratio 70.07%,and number of pattern pitches 61.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:adopting two-layer tread design,using 2-layer belts+1-layer crown belt design,using 3×0.28ST steel cord for 1^(#)and 2^(#)belt,nylon 66 cord for the crown belt,and 1-layer 1440dtex/2-115 polyester cord for carcass,using a building machine to build tire and a hydraulic vulcanizing press to curing tire.The results of finished tire performance test showed that,the inflated peripheral dimension,strength performance,low pressure durability and high speed performance of the tire met the design requirements.
