摘 要:通过模拟油封工作状况对丁腈橡胶(NBR)硫化胶进行热空气和润滑脂加速老化试验。结果表明:随着热空气和润滑脂老化时间的延长,NBR硫化胶的力学性能均逐渐下降;在隔绝空气的润滑脂中浸泡的NBR硫化胶的力学性能损失较小,在未隔绝空气的润滑脂中浸泡的NBR硫化胶的力学性能损失较大,NBR硫化胶存在明显的橡胶分子链裂解现象;润滑脂酸度直接影响NBR硫化胶的力学性能,润滑脂酸度大会加速NBR硫化胶的橡胶分子主链的双键断裂。Hot air and lubricating grease accelerated aging tests of nitrile butadiene rubber(NBR)vulcanizate were carried out by simulating the working conditions of oil seal.The results showed that,with the extension of hot air and lubricating grease aging time,the mechanical properties of NBR vulcanizate gradually decreased.The mechanical property loss of NBR vulcanizate immersed in air-isolated lubricating grease was smaller,while the mechanical property loss of NBR vulcanizate immersed in non-air-isolated lubricating grease was relatively larger,because there was a significant phenomenon of rubber molecular chain cracking in NBR vulcanizate.The acidity of lubricating grease directly affected the mechanical properties of NBR vulcanizate,and a higher acidity of lubricating grease could accelerate the breakage of double bonds in the rubber molecule main chains of NBR vulcanizate.
