摘 要:整体式潜油永磁同步电机螺杆泵机组,不同于传统分体式结构,永磁电机内部空间紧凑、结构复杂,易因电磁振动导致机组共振损坏。基于整体式机组电磁方案,开展电机空载、负载气隙磁场及电磁力分析,对定、转子及定转子装配进行模态分析,验证电机在电磁激振力作用下发生共振概率较低。可为该新型人工举升采油装备的研制提供设计依据,加速我国高致密油田水平井的开采进度。The integral submersible permanent magnet synchronous motor progressing cavity pump unit is different from the traditional split structure.The internal space of the permanent magnet motor is compact and the structure is complex,which is prone to resonance damage due to electromagnetic vibration.Based on the electromagnetic scheme of the integral unit,the no-load and load air gap magnetic field and electromagnetic force of the motor were studied,and the modal analysis of the stator and rotor was carried out to verify that the resonance probability of the motor under the action of electromagnetic excitation force was low.It can provide design basis for the development of the new type of artificial lift oil production equipment,and accelerate the development progress of horizontal wells in high viscosity oilfields in China.
