摘 要:通过有限元法研究了三相不对称电流对永磁同步电机径向电磁力的影响。经理论分析推导,三相电流不平衡条件下,电机会产生了0阶2倍频径向电磁力。以一台3 kW永磁同步电机为例,建立了有限元分析模型,分别对电机处于三相电流平衡与不平衡时的电磁力进行仿真计算,仿真结果验证了理论推导的正确性。The influence of three-phase current asymmetry on the radial electromagnetic force of permanent magnet synchronous motor was studied by finite element method.Through theoretical analysis,it was deduced that the three-phase unbalance current generates zero-order 2-frequency radial electromagnetic force.Taking a 3 kW permanent magnet synchronous motor as an example,the finite element analysis model was established,and the electromagnetic force of the motor in the three-phase current balance and unbalance was simulated.The correctness of the theoretical derivation was verified by the finite element simulation results.
