奥硝唑合剂联合一次根管充填治疗牙体牙髓病患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察奥硝唑合剂联合一次根管充填治疗牙体牙髓病患者的效果。方法:选取2021年1月至2023年8月该院收治的66例牙体牙髓病患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组各33例。对照组采用一次根管充填治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合奥硝唑合剂治疗,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后牙周指数[牙龈指数(GI)、龈沟出血指数(BI)、菌斑指数(PLI)、探诊深度(PD)]水平、咀嚼功能(咀嚼效率、咬合力)水平,以及并发症发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为93.94%(31/33),高于对照组的75.76%(25/33),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组PLI、SBI、GI评分和PD水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组咀嚼效率、咬合力均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:奥硝唑合剂联合一次根管充填治疗牙体牙髓病患者,可提高临床疗效,改善患者牙周指数和咀嚼功能,效果优于单纯一次根管充填治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Ornidazole mixture combined with one-time root canal filling in treatment of patients with dental pulp disease.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 66 patients with dental pulp disease admitted to this hospital from January 2021 to August 2023.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with one-time root canal filling,while the study group was treated with Ornidazole mixture on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the periodontal index[gingival index(GI),gingival sulcus bleeding index(BI),plaque index(PLI),probing depth(PD)],the chewing function(masticatory efficiency,bite force)levels before and after the treatment,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 93.94%(31/33),which was higher than 75.76%(25/33)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of PLI,SBI,GI and PD in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The masticatory efficiency and the bite force of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,those in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Ornidazole mixture combined with one-time root canal filling can improve the clinical efficacy,the periodontal index levels and the chewing function of the patients with dental pulp disease.Moreover,it is superior to simple one-time root canal filling treatment.
