摘　　要：目的:观察痰热清注射液联合注射用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并肺部感染患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2022年11月至2023年11月该院收治的95例COPD合并肺部感染患者的临床资料,按不同治疗方法分为观察组(n=49)、对照组(n=46)。对照组给予注射用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合痰热清注射液治疗,比较两组症状缓解时间、肺功能指标[肺泡通气量(VA)、肺总量(TLC)、最大呼气中段流量(MMEF)]水平、血清炎性因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、降钙素原(PCT)]水平以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组胸闷气短、咯痰、咳嗽、肺部湿啰音等症状缓解时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组VA、TLC、MMEF等肺功能指标水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清TNF-α、PCT等炎性因子水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:痰热清注射液联合注射用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗COPD合并肺部感染患者可提高肺功能指标水平,缩短症状缓解时间,降低炎性因子水平,效果优于单纯注射用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Tanreqing injection combined with Sulbactam sodium and Cefoperazone sodium for injection in treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)complicated with pulmonary infection.Methods:The clinical data of 95 patients with COPD complicated with pulmonary infection admitted to this hospital from November 2022 to November 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into observation group(n=49)and control group(n=46).The control group was treated with Sulbactam sodium and Cefoperazone sodium for injection,while the observation group was treated with Tanreqing injection on the basis of those of the control group.The symptom relief time,the lung function indexes[alveolar ventilation(VA),total lung capacity(TLC),maximum mid-expiratory flow(MMEF)]levels,the serum inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),procalcitonin(PCT)]levels,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The remission time of chest tightness,shortness of breath,expectoration,cough,lung wet rales and other symptoms in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of lung function indexes such as VA,TLC and MMEF in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of serum inflammatory factors such as TNF-αand PCT in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Tanreqing injection combined with Sulbactam sodium and Cefoperazone sodium for injection in th
