封髓丹合附子理中丸联合常规西药治疗寒热错杂型痤疮患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察封髓丹合附子理中丸联合常规西药治疗寒热错杂型痤疮患者的效果。方法:选取2023年3—10月该院收治的100例寒热错杂型痤疮患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组各50例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合封髓丹合附子理中丸治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后皮损积分、血清学指标[白细胞介素-1α(IL-1α)、可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(SIL-2R)]水平、生命质量[痤疮特异性生命质量量表(Acne-QOL)]评分,以及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为86.00%(43/50),高于对照组的62.00%(31/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组皮损积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组IL-1α、SIL-2R水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组Acne-QOL评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论:封髓丹合附子理中丸联合常规西药治疗寒热错杂型痤疮患者可提高治疗总有效率和生命质量评分,降低皮损积分和血清学指标水平,效果优于单纯常规西药治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Fengsui dan and Fuzi Lizhong pills combined with conventional Western medicine in treatment of acne patients of intermingled cold and heat type.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 100 patients with acne of intermingled cold and heat type admitted to this hospital from March to October 2023.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the study group was treated with Fengsui dan combined with Fuzi Lizhong pills on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the skin lesion scores,the serological indexes[interleukin-1α(IL-1α),soluble interleukin-2 receptor(SIL-2R)]levels,and the quality of life[acne-specific quality of life scale(Acne-QOL)]score before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 86.00%(43/50),which was higher than 62.00%(31/50)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the skin lesion score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of IL-1αand SIL-2R in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the Acne-QOL score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusions:Fengsui dan and Fuzi Lizhong pills combined with conventional Western medicine can improve the total effective rate and the quality of life scores,and reduce the skin lesion scores and the serological index levels in the treatment of the acne patients with intermingled cold and heat type.Moreover,it
