扶正解毒汤加减联合干扰素治疗宫颈HPV感染患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察扶正解毒汤加减联合干扰素治疗宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染患者的效果。方法:选取2021年7月至2023年10月该院收治的90例宫颈HPV感染患者进行前瞻性研究,按随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组各45例。对照组采用干扰素治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合扶正解毒汤加减治疗,比较两组临床疗效、HPV转阴率,治疗前后T细胞亚群指标(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+))水平、炎性指标[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)]水平和中医证候积分。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为88.89%(40/45),高于对照组的71.11%(32/45);研究组HPV转阴率为93.33%(42/45),高于对照组的77.78%(35/45),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平均高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组IL-6、PCT、CRP水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组带下量多、腰骶疼痛和外阴瘙痒等中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:扶正解毒汤加减联合干扰素治疗宫颈HPV感染患者可提高治疗总有效率和HPV转阴率,改善T细胞亚群指标水平,降低炎性指标水平和中医证候积分,效果优于单纯干扰素治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Fuzheng Jiedu decoction combined with Interferon in treatment of patients with cervical human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 90 patients with cervical HPV infection admitted to this hospital from July 2021 to October 2023.According to the random number table method,they were divided into study group and control group,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Interferon,while the study group was treated with Fuzheng Jiedu decoction on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the HPV negative conversion rate,the T cell subsets indexes(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+))levels,the inflammatory indexes[interleukin-6(IL-6),procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP)]levels,and the TCM syndrome scores before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 88.89%(40/45),which was higher than 71.11%(32/45)of the control group;the negative conversion rate of HPV in the study group was 93.33%(42/45),which was higher than 77.78%(35/45)in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the level of CD8^(+)was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of IL-6,PCT and CRP in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,after the treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes such as vaginal discharge,lumbosacral pain and vulva pruritus in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Fuzheng Jiedu decoction combined with Interferon in the treatment of the patients with cervical HPV infection can improve the total effective rate of treatment and the HPV negative conversion rate,improve
