双向质量反馈护理在经外周静脉穿刺的中心静脉导管置管化疗患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察双向质量反馈护理在经外周静脉穿刺的中心静脉导管(PICC)置管化疗患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2022年3月至2023年3月于该院行PICC置管化疗的110例患者的临床资料,按照护理方法不同将其分为对照组和观察组各55例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施双向质量反馈护理。比较两组护理前后自我管理能力[肿瘤患者PICC自我管理能力量表(CPPSM)]、自我效能[一般自我效能感量表(GSES)]、心理韧性[心理韧性量表(PRS)]、生命质量[欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织生命质量测定量表(EORTC QLQ-C30)]评分,以及PICC置管并发症发生率。结果:护理后,观察组CPPSM、GSES、PRS评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组EORTC QLQ-C30评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组PICC置管并发症发生率为3.64%(2/55),低于对照组的16.36%(9/55),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双向质量反馈护理应用于PICC置管化疗患者可提高自我管理能力、自我效能和心理韧性,改善生命质量,降低PICC置管并发症发生率,效果优于常规护理。Objective:To observe application effects of two-way quality feedback nursing in patients with peripherally inserted central venous catheter(PICC)chemotherapy.Methods:The clinical data of 110 patients who underwent PICC chemotherapy in this hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,55 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received the two-way quality feedback nursing.The scores of self-management ability[cancer patients PICC self-management scale(CPPSM)],self-efficacy[general self-efficacy scale(GSES)],psychological resilience[psychological resilience scale(PRS)]and quality of life[European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer quality of life questionnaire core 30(EORTC QLQ-C30)]before and after the nursing,and the incidence of PICC catheterization complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After the nursing,the CPPSM,GSES and PRS scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the EORTC QLQ-C30 score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of PICC catheterization complications in the observation group was 3.64%(2/55),which was lower than 16.36%(9/55)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The two-way quality feedback nursing in the patients with PICC chemotherapy can improve selfmanagement ability,the self-efficacy and the psychological resilience,improve the quality of life,and reduce the incidence of complications of PICC catheterization.Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
